Fitness & Nutrition Coaching

Nourished Mind & Body is more than a fitness and nutrition program - it focuses on client mindset, which is often the hardest to overcome. By using a mental health background and integrating this into evidence-based fitness & nutrition coaching, Nourished Mind & Body aims to help clients change their attitudes and lifestyles. We aim to educate and motivate others to live life for the most it has to offer. We come alongside individuals of all ages to show them how to live healthier, happier, and empowered lives. 

 Nutrition Only

This is for those who feel like experts in the gym and need help on the nutrition side of their health & wellness journey. This could also be for those wanting to dip their toes in the water, but do not feel ready to commit to a full coaching program yet.

Training Only

This is for those who feel like they have their nutrition under control, but might need some help with programming workouts, cardio and recovery. This could be for new lifters who do not feel comfortable in the gym or for experienced lifters who are tired or writing their own protocols. 

Complete Coaching

This is all encompassing, including what nutrition only and training only provides and more! Here is where we really focus on client mindset and putting it all together.

Lisa struggled with her weight and body image all throughout her adolescence and young adulthood. She was coached for the first time herself in 2020 and has been passionate about health and fitness ever since. In her free time, when she is not at the counseling office or at the gym, she loves to read, hike and plan her next adventure with her husband.
